1. ORDER & PAYMENT

• How do I place an order?
  Simply browse our collections, select your favorite designs and sizes, and click "Add to Cart." Follow the checkout process to enter your shipping details and complete your payment.
• What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
• Can I change or cancel my order?
  Since our shirts are printed to order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancellations.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Where do you ship from?
  All orders are printed and shipped domestically from our facility in Denver, CO, USA.
• How long will it take to receive my order?Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Saturday).Total Delivery: Usually 4–7 business days.
• How much is shipping?
  We charge a flat rate of $4.95 for orders under $75. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $75.
• How can I track my order?
  Once shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• What is your return policy?
  We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Do I have to pay for return shipping?If the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid label.For personal reasons (change of mind/wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• How long does a refund take?
  Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method.

4. PRODUCT & QUALITY

• What kind of printing technology do you use?
  We use advanced, high-quality printing techniques that ensure colors stay vibrant and never fade or crack after washing.
• How should I wash my Atlantic Shore Merch apparel?
  To keep your shirt looking new, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat.
• Where can I find a size guide?
  Each product page features a detailed size chart. Please review it carefully to ensure the perfect fit.
